1. General Refund Policy
- All purchases made on Fat2Fit India are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- Refunds are not applicable once a service, program, or digital content has been accessed, delivered, or started.
2. Wellness & Coaching Programs
- Fees paid for diet plans, wellness coaching, fitness guidance, or health programs are non-refundable.
- Results depend on individual lifestyle, effort, and consistency; therefore, no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with results
3. Work From Home (WFH) Programs
- Fees paid for Work From Home training, orientation, or learning programs are non-refundable.
- Fat2Fit India does not guarantee income or employment, hence refunds will not be issued based on income expectations or outcomes.
4. Subscription-Based Services
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (if applicable).
- Users may cancel future subscriptions at any time.
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to refunds for already billed or partially used subscription periods.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to a system issue from our side
In such cases:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method only.
- Cash refunds are not provided.
