Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time
1. No Refunds on Digital Products & Subscriptions
All purchases for digital products, including meal plans, workout programs, and subscriptions, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Refunds for Physical Products (if applicable)
If we offer physical products (such as fitness accessories or supplements), refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To request a refund or exchange, contact us at info@fat2fitindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product, along with proof (such as photos) of the issue.
3. Refunds for Coaching Services
Payments made for personal training, coaching, or consultation services are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations
- Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any remaining period of the subscription.
- If you cancel a coaching session at least 24 hours in advance, we may offer rescheduling based on availability.
